To mark World Suicide Prevention Day, Unite the Union at Hinkley Point C wants to remind everyone that you do not have to face difficult times on your own.

Many of our Unite reps at HPC are trained in Mental Health First Aid. If you are struggling, or worried about a colleague, speak to a Unite rep. They can listen and help you find further support.

Take a moment to check in with the people around you. Ask how they are and make time to listen.
