Has anyone who posted a comment on here had feedback from the union, or do we just put these comments on so other people can like them??
Just wondering, as it seems a bit redundant posting comments and suggestions if no one is monitoring them. A bit like a bullying complaint on site or raising a safety issue.
The electronic ballot was on for 4 days,Is the paper ballot just taking place on Thursday? If so what about people on holiday on sick leave and also, on heatsink 1 because we're on a 7/3 7/4 shift pattern you have 1 of the 3 shifts off on rotation. How are th members going to vote?
How are you supposed to vote if your NOT based on site????
Lets propose a no confidence vote in the Unions. It only takes one member to propose it, and one to second it.
