HPC Croatia Mountain Trek Team - Raising £9,000 for Alzheimer’s Society

In May 2027, five individuals from HPC will take on an incredible 3-day, 40-mile trek through the Istrian mountains in Croatia, reaching peaks of more than 1,400 metres - higher than Ben Nevis!

The team is aiming to raise £9,000 for Alzheimer’s Society, supporting the important work they do for people living with dementia and their families.

More fundraising events will be taking place over the coming months, so please get involved and help the team reach their target.
