Unite win for Somerset Larder members!

A Unite campaign, instigated after a local report by Unite reps following a H&S walk in respect of Heat (primarily in East & West areas), has resulted in a client commissioned formal Occupational Hygiene report and a list of actions including engineering fixes and a people focused approach. 

Unite have long advocated for better engagement between the employer and union reps in an effort to fix the heat problem, and warmly welcome the client led initiative, which should over time see a remedy to the long running issues.
