Unite get roll out of Cold weather PPE

After Unite negotiating with BYLOR for several months they have agreed to provide a warm a layer for the workforce. They are likely to be hi visibility fleeces in orange and yellow. We will have the first 500 in 10-14 days and 3500 on site before Christmas
