Colleague, following our last series of mass meetings the client has (on Monday 9th May) presented the trade unions with a formal offer. A meeting of the Convenors / Regional officers and senior reps has been arranged for Friday 13th May in order to discuss the offer. Unite the union has responded to the client and BYLOR seeking and improvement in respect of some of the terms. The offer and any improvements, will be formally provided to you prior to a proposed mass meeting on site next week (Tuesday). The meeting will be immediately followed by a consultative ballot as promised.
