SPS WORKERS SUBMIT FAILURE TO AGREE

As of this morning we have had no response from SPS Management and a negative response from the client, we have now submitted "A failure to agree" and we have requested a formal response within seven days.

Unite will be commencing a consultative ballot early next week.

We will be giving regular updates as things unfold.
