I think people need to realise theses union reps a volunteers n if ya not happy go to office and stop being keyboard warriors be man enough to do it face to face funking shitbags stop whingeing on a blog be man enough and do it face to face
I hope people realise how corrupt this whole thing was and start cancelling they union policies and maybe their head office will realise what a shower of shit we have representing us on this site.

I dont think anyone was fighting for more, the 4% was enough, it was everything else that we were fighting for, everything the union negotiated around the table came out worse than we already had it. The bonus is a joke, if you miss 1hr of work (like yesterday in the heat) you now lose 50% bonus. But if your off work sick you only get contracted hours. Everything is now in bylors favour,
So many people saying they are made up with the new deal 🤔 don't you understand if the first deal would have gone through you would have earned more money now because this deal is only backdated till June 1st, the original deal was in April.
