Together Against Harassment: Creating a Culture of Respect

The Unite representatives of Somerset larder condemn the recent rise in reports of sexual harassment and unwanted behaviour directed at employees by other staff across HPC

Every employee deserves to work in a safe workplace free from disrespect and abuse, and sexual harassment is unacceptable and has no place in the workplace or wider society.

We call on all workers across the project to challenge this behaviour whenever they witness it. Ignoring it is encouraging it, and it is everyone's responsibility to stand up against this behaviour to build a culture of respect and equality.
