Rewards & Recognition 2025/2026

Yesterday, we were proud to come together with Bylor and our members to celebrate the success of their Rewards & Recognition programme.

Over the past year, this initiative has highlighted the importance of working safely, recognising those teams who consistently demonstrate strong knowledge, commitment, and care for both themselves and their colleagues on site.

We would like to acknowledge Bylor for driving this programme forward. At present, they stand out as the only contractor on site actively recognising and rewarding safe working practices in this way - a commitment that deserves real credit.

As Unite the Union, we were pleased to support and help promote this initiative, reinforcing the message that safety should always come first.

We are delighted to congratulate the winning team from CI2 Platform on their outstanding achievement, securing a £3,000 holiday voucher per person. Their dedication to maintaining high safety standards has set a great example for everyone on site. Well done to all teams who took part, and we look forward to seeing this positive approach to safety continue to grow.
