With 82.35% of the returned votes indicating they are dissatisfied with the current terms,
SPS & NNB have failed to enter meaningful dialogue with Unites officer up to this point.
Our next step will be a full Ballot for industrial action up to but not including strike action.
0.9% said they were happy with the current terms.
