Concrete workers raised concerns in lack of progression at branch meeting.
Seniors and Convenors of both trade unions then put a proposal together and raised with Bylor at the Local joint council (LJC), this was then escalated to the Site Joint council (SJC)
Bylor are now looking into progression pathways for concrete workers to achieve SW1 from SW2.
Both Trade Unions are awaiting a formal response from Bylor.
