Welcome to the Monthly Workplace Quiz
This quiz is open to all members of the workforce and is based on:
• key points from the site contract
• basic health and safety rules
• important workplace procedures
The aim of this quiz is to encourage knowledge of workplace rights and safety.
The quiz opens at the beginning of each month and closes on the last day of the month.
The winner will be announced during the first week of the following month.
The participant who completes the quiz correctly in the shortest time will be awarded £100.
The winner will be contacted using the phone number provided.
Rules
• The quiz is open to all workforce; however, only Unite the Union members are eligible to win the prize
• You must complete the quiz in one session
• Any attempt to restart, refresh, or cheat may result in disqualification
• In the event of a tie, the prize money will be split equally
Data and Privacy
Your name, phone number, date of birth, and employer are collected only to:
• identify participants
• verify eligibility
• contact the winner
Your data will not be used for any other purpose.
