This quiz is open to all members of the workforce and is based on:

The aim of this quiz is to reinforce understanding of the standards, behaviours and safety expectations required on site.
This is a trial initiative.
The quiz opens today, 1 April, and will close on 30 April.
The participant who answers all questions correctly in the shortest time will have the opportunity to select Unite-branded merchandise to the value of £100.
The winner will be contacted using the phone number provided.
Rules
• The quiz is open to all workforce; however, only Unite the Union members are eligible to win the prize
• You must complete the quiz in one session
• Any attempt to restart, refresh, or cheat may result in disqualification
• If 2 or more participants achieve the same result in the shortest time, the £100 Unite merchandise allowance will be divided equally between them.
Data and Privacy
Your name, phone number, date of birth, and employer are collected only to:
• identify participants
• verify eligibility
• contact the winner
Your data will not be used for any other purpose.
