Who are we?

Above you can see a video featuring Len McCluskey, our General Secretary. Whilst most people may think that Len is Unite it is actually you, the member who makes Unite.

Members become representatives and convenors. Members become council members and steer the union. Members decide whether they accept what their employer is saying. Members are what makes a union like ours great.

At HPC we are the LARGEST union by far and we continue to grow each day. Thanks to the support by our Reps on site for multiple companies. 2 Convenors, who support the reps on a daily basis. Offsite, Organisers and Officers provide expert support as well as engaging with the highest levels of the companies involved in the project.
