Frank Osei Assibey

I hold a masters degree in health,  safety and well-being management, I'm also a certified member of the chartered institute of occupational safety and health (IOSH) aside these, I also work here as a Slinger and hold a crane supervisory ticket.

I am deeply committed to ensuring the well-being of all workers. I believe that every individual has the right to a safe working environment, and I want to play a proactive role in identifying and mitigating potential hazards through behavioural safety principles.

With my knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, I aim to promote compliance and reduce accidents on site.

I believe i can directly impact the protection and preservation of lives, which is a responsibility I take very seriously.

I hope to be considered.

Thank you.

With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, my career has been significantly shaped by my extensive tenure in London, where I frequently witnessed numerous unsafe acts, some perilously close to causing fatalities. These experiences have profoundly influenced my approach to workplace safety.

I have been employed by Bylor for over a year and have worked on the NI1 platform. My primary goal is to enhance our safety culture, ensuring that every measure is taken to maintain a secure environment for our workers. I am deeply committed to the principle that every employee deserves to return home safely to their families after work. I am eager to implement strategies and practices that reinforce this belief and contribute to the overall well-being of our team.

I hold a NEBOSH certification and possess the necessary knowledge to help the team improve safety on the site and reduce the risk of accidents. My dedication to safety is unwavering, and I am focused on ensuring that our work environment is as safe as possible.

I’ve been on the job 8 years, seen a lot of things that shouldn’t be happening and things I would like to try stop happening to keep us all safe and go home to our families in one piece.  Former safety rep where I thought I did a good job and would like to get back to helping everyone out.
