As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, MHFA (Mental Health First Aid) reps will be hosting Unite tables across the HPC site in canteens of HAW, HAE and HAN.
This is an informal and welcoming space where anyone can stop by for a chat, ask questions, or simply take a moment to focus on their wellbeing. Our MHFA-trained reps are here to listen, offer support, and help raise awareness around mental health.
We encourage everyone to come along, get involved, and help break the stigma, because mental health matters and no one should feel left behind.
Free goodies and biscuits will be available for those who engage.
